a.        To receive questions and comments from the public on items on the agenda

b.       To receive reports from Borough Councillor Bill Crooks and County Councillor Josh Melen

 

2.        APOLOGIES

a.        To receive apologies for absence and to consider whether to approve reasons given

 

3.        DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST PECUNIARY AND NON-PECUNIARY

a.       To receive declarations of interest both personal and prejudicial on items on the agenda and to consider requests for dispensations

 

4.        PREVIOUS MINUTES

a.        To consider the adoption of the minutes from the Parish Council Meeting held on 26th May 2026

 

5.        ADOPTION OF COUNCIL POLICIES AND GOVERNING DOCUMENTS

a.        To consider the adoption of the draft data audit review for Osbaston Parish Council

 

6.        READOPTION OF COUNCIL’S ASSET REGISTER

a.        To review and consider the updated Asset Register for 2026-2027 for Osbaston Parish Council

 

7.        GROUNDS MAINTENANCE CONTRACT – 2027 – 2029

a.        To review and consider the draft Grounds Maintenance Contract for Osbaston Parish Council

 

8.        COMMUNITY PROJECTS

a.        To discuss and consider the bulb planting schedule for Winter 2026/

b.       To discuss and consider any actions regarding community flooding initiatives in partnership with Severn Trent Water

c.        To discuss and consider the items to be purchased for the Winter Crime Prevention Scheme 2026

d.       To note the letter sent to the Post Office regarding the housing development on Barton Road

e.        To discuss and consider the Council’s involvement in the Remembrance Service 2026

f.          To review the maintenance of the community defibrillator on Barton Road

g.        To note the repair and reinstatement of the heritage street nameplate on Bosworth Road

h.        To note the update on the new noticeboard on the housing development on Barton Road

 

9.        PARISH COUNCILLOR VACANCY

a)       To CONSIDER applications to the vacancy of Parish Councillor for Osbaston ward 

 

10.   FINANCE

a.        To review and approve bank statements and bank reconciliation for May to August 2026

b.       To review the budget monitoring at the end of August 2026 for financial year 2026-27

c.        To discuss and consider the outstanding salary payment for Q4 of financial year 24-25 of £448.04

d.       To note the VAT claim of £1777.11 for the period of July 2025 – August 2026

e.        To discuss potential projects and priorities for the Council budget 2027 - 2028

 

11.   PLANNING

a.        To consider any planning applications received since issuing of the agenda
